Request #19-4164
  Closed

Looking for records or reports of an underground storage tank removal from 364 Divisadero Street (Kelly Moore Paints). Tank was 5,000 or 10,000 gallon steel that contained paint thinner. It extended beneath the sidewalk of Oak Street. We have Underground Tank Abandonment Permit from SFDPW (no. 86T-1) and other correspondence for its planned removal, but no documentation that it was removed.

Request #19-4105 found no documents at Public Health: Ground Water/Water Quality /Soil Borings. Response from Public Health was that future underground storage tank requests should be made to SFDPH Hazardous Materials Program. This new ticket is to request a search of the latter department's files.
