The former heating oil tank was removed at 25 Capra Way in June and July 2016.  The tank removal permit was 71994.  The CUPA application was 5609 issued June 13, 2016.  The SF Fire Department application number was 71994.  All waste materials were disposed under hazardous waste manifest and a report summarizing all sampling, documentation, pictures, and certification was dated August 10, 2016 and submitted to DPH, Local Oversight Program.
