We are performing an environmental assessment of the property located at 401 California Avenue on Treasure Island, San Francisco, California. As part of a property assessment, we wish to determine whether Department of Public Health possesses records regarding the property that may include potential environmental concerns, and if so, to perform a file review. Waste generation and handling records 
Hazardous releases or responses 
Notices of violation or warnings 
Water supply concerns
