We are performing an environmental assessment of the following parcels on Treasure Island (1939042, 1939048, 1939047, 1939026, and 1939049). As part of a property assessment, we wish to determine whether the Department of Public Health possesses records regarding the property that may include potential environmental concerns, and if so, to perform a file review. We request information on the following:

Underground / aboveground storage tank installation, abandonment, or removal
Waste generation and handling records
Hazardous releases or responses
Notices of violation or warnings
Water supply concerns
