Dear Fellow Custodians,

Please be informed that the data retention guideline of 3 years (36 months) has been set. The Requests and Documents that are past their retention date will be deleted automatically on the first of the following month. A report to list records submitted for deletion will be sent to all department administrators.

The secure and irreversible removal of unnecessary data from our systems ensures compliance with our data retention guideline and enhances our data security practices.
