We would like to inform you that a data retention guideline of 3 years (36 months) has been established. Requests and documents that exceed this retention period will be automatically deleted on the first of the following month. A report listing the records scheduled for deletion will be sent to the portal administrator.
Each department is advised to generate a retention report to review and make exceptions as necessary.
The secure and irreversible removal of unnecessary data from our systems ensures compliance with our data retention guidelines and enhances our data security practices.
